RETURN POLICY

For CDs purchased through this website:
- The PhoenixWildflowers™ CD may be returned for a full refund of the
purchase price paid, within 30 days of the original purchase date, if the shrink-wrapped
package is unopened and the CD case undamaged.
- The PhoenixWildflowers™
CD is guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship, for 60
days from the date of purchase. If physically undamaged, but defective, we
will replace it with another of the exact same thing, or, replace it with
a newer version of this product, or, fully refund the purchase price paid,
at our option.
- If the CD package arrives from the shipper damaged, e-mail us at phoenixwildflowers@yahoo.com for instructions.
For CDs purchased from other sources, the CD-holder
should address ‘return issues’ directly with the seller the CD was purchased
from.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once
performed.
